My FIL and my dad do this and it drives me crazy. I have asked them to speak to LO in a regular voice but they insist she loves the jibberish! Sigh...

no, they don't. My mom just talks to him in a baby voice
but I have no problem with it.

They repeat what she says, which is gibberish. But so do we!

Umm, my DH does this! He thinks its fun to make funny noises and now she mimicks them! Things like clicking your tongue, smacking your lips, etc.

Hahah my family talks normal to her. Voices slightly high pitched. Lol it can get annoying
but I have no problem with it.
