He pretty much wore sleep n plays the first few months and sometimes when we went out, I would put him in a long sleeved onsie and comfy pants. Only now that he's walking do I dress him a little nicer when we go out.

@blackbird: Happy to see I'm not the only one who had LO hanging out in a diaper during the day! Obviously I dressed him when we went somewhere, but the rest of the time? It was summer, he was swaddled, whatever. haha

She didn't wear sleepers until recently, when it got cold, and even then it's only at night. During the day when she's not at daycare (i.e. weekends and holidays) she's usually just in a onesie and leggings. Daycare outfits vary from the onesie + leggins to a cute matchy outfit. Depends on how tired I am that morning
I don't know why we always changed her out of her PJs, but we did/do!

I dressed my baby in onesies and pants over them. Any future babies will just wear sleepers, though. I see absolutely no reason to hassle with real clothing on a non mobile baby besides impressing other parents.

His clothes were just whatever was handy with no regard to night or day apparel or the clock. So many nights he wore day clothes to bed and night clothes during the day.
We changed his clothes as they got gross--so 3+x/day.
