Just curious who is reading to LO in utero, when you started, how often, what you're reading.
I started last week (17 weeks), and so far I'm reading two short board books, and also "The Phantom Tollbooth," which I'm reading more for myself. The other book I'm reading (silently) is on labor and delivery, but I feel weird reading that out loud. I try to read at least a little each day, some days more than others.

I did with my first but not so much with this one. Well, I guess story time is reading outloud but I don't read directly to my belly. lol. The 2nd child always ends up getting a little jipped.

I'm not doing it... the baby can hear me talking, anyway, so I don't feel like I need to read to him/her.

Not on purpose, but I spent a lot of time in the bath tub, while reading Edith Hamilton's Mythology. At some point, I started reading out loud, not sure why, to be honest.

I read the bible to my LO when she was in utero

My husband reads to LO several nights a week. Right now, he's reading her the sort of prequel to the His Dark Materials series by Philip Pullman. He does voices and everything.
I talk to LO throughout the day; I complain to her a lot about other drivers on our way home from work! ;p

I talk to the baby but I don't read to it specifically. I usually just tell the baby what I'm doing at home or cooking. Or sometimes I make fun of DH to the baby so it knows how silly it's father is!

I haven't read any books to the babies, but they have a pretty awesome collection, so I might in a few more weeks when I'm home more. I do talk to them a lot, especially in the car. And
I do play piano frequently, and now feel like I'm playing to the babies. -
@chopsuey119: Did you read a regular Bible or a kids version?

My baby doesn't have ears yet but I plan to read to him/her once the ears grow in : )

we have an interesting children's bible that we read to her now though.

Yes. I'm currently reading Game of Thrones out loud, and DH has been reading us Lord of the Rings.
