We do. We use the Bumbleride Flite and it's worked well for us. I use it on walks around the neighborhood, to the mall, etc. I do wish the canopy was a tad bigger though. But I think it's bigger than most. It also came with a infant car seat adapter that works with a ton of car seat models. Ours was the Chicco Keyfit 30.

The other one I was considering was a Joovy or McClaren which my SIL who lives in NYC uses exclusively.

I thought about getting a Britax B-Nimble because it's compatible w/Britax car seats in case I wanted to use it with an infant. But DH wouldn't go for it because we couldn't find one in a store to try in person. Have heard great things about it, though!

We have a Maclaren Techno XT and have had it since birth, DS is now almost 2.5. I mostly like it, but we will probably invest in a big stroller for #2. We also have always lived in cities with no car, so we have heavily depended on it
Pros:
-Relatively lightweight
-Lays flat so you can use it from birth
-Easy to manuever in small stores/doorways/metros
-Big sun canopy
-Good safety harness
-Great for air travel or even on trains -- ours has been to three continents and is still in good shape.
Cons:
-Small shopping basket
-Had a hard time getting a sleeping baby in and out of it
-As DS has gotten heavier, I find it much harder to push, that said, the wheels/bearings are probably filthy and could use some love. (I recently tested a Bugaboo with DS in it and I could push it with 2 fingers...not the case with the Maclaren!)
-It is quite low to the ground compared with full sized strollers

We mainly use it, but we do occasionally take our travel system out. We have a cheapo babys r us brand umbrella stroller. The only times we won't use it are
-We're eating on the go so LO can use the tray on the travel system stroller.
-We're going somewhere with rough ground.
-I'm walking the dog and pushing LO at the same time. It's just easier with a bigger, sturdier stroller.

We moved directly to our Maclaren Quest after DS graduated from his infant carrier/stroller frame. Pros :it is super light (much lighter than the full sized Peg Perego stroller we used for DD), very maneuverable, travels well. Cons : does not fully recline (but DS still falls asleep in it), no snack tray, cup holder, etc, and his legs were kind of hanging awkwardly until he got tall enough for his feet to touch the foot rest (as opposed to our full sized stroller, where the seat folds out to support the legs).
