My mother in law thinks I'm crazy, but ever since my daughter was born my husband and I have snapped up all the snaps on her sleepers and onesies before we put her clothes away in her dresser. It just looks so much nicer when her things are folded nicely.
Am I crazy? Does anyone else do this?

I only do the top one and one in the middle to keep them neat.

As much as I could aspire to do such things, it would never happen! Laundry is my all time nemesis so just getting them IN the dresser is a huge accomplishment!

I don't snap, but I do zip up all the zipper sleepers first! I understand why you would do it, though!

I do top and crotch so I can fold-- but definitely not all of them! It takes too long to unsnap when I'm trying to put them on LO after her bath (or after a diaper leak).

I do not! I try to keep everything neat and folded in her dresser but i'm always looking for that one pair of pants and it turns up being a huge mess. Just like my own closet lol

I don't snap, too much extra work because then you have to unsnap to put them on!

Nope, Sawyer is a maniac with getting dressed lately, so I need things as streamlined as possible, i.e. not wasting time undoing snaps while I wrestle him like a greased monkey.

@MsMini: lol! Greased monkey conjures up a funny mental image but its also the perfect way to describe my LO!
I don't close the snaps before putting away his clothes because I have I be able to handle the clothes with one hand while keeping him from rolling and crawling away with the other.

@NerdBee: It is particularly true at bedtime when we have just slathered him with lotion, slippery and wiggly and quick!

I only snap the top snap of things that will be hung. I barely even fold them if they're going in the dresser.

Just enough to make them lay flat. Like others said, takes too long to do all that unsnapping when trying to get them dressed.
