Getting out of bed kinda hurts these days. I have to throw my legs in the air to get enough momentum to roll out of bed.

Me too! My hips were KILLING me when I would hurl myself out of bed to waddle to the bathroom.

Yep. The third tri is super fun that way. I couldn't lay on either side either because the pelvic and thigh pain was just too much.

Totally. We also had a sucky bed so we got a new one. Not until after I delivered, though. Better late than never.

Yep! I felt like a beached whale trying to get out of bed. DH made fun of me all the time. But my back killed me getting out of bed. I would stand up and have to stand there for a minute before I could walk.

I do the trapped turtle move as well. Plus sometimes I get shooting groin pain when I get out of bed/the car/a seated position. I did not expect that!

I was just telling DH that the most painful thing is getting out of bed and rolling over! So much discomfort between my legs!

Yes! Ugh. And then when I finally get up, my whole body aches. Mornings are the worst for me.

I told my DH I wanted a rope system on the ceiling so I could pull myself up wherever I was sitting or laying. Everything hurt in my third trimester!

Omg, yes!! My back is always soooo sore and I usually literally hobble like a hunchback to the bathroom. Getting up is the worst...

i would roll on my side and use my arms to prop me up, or kick my legs a little to get some extra momentum.

Yep I'm pretty sure I look like a stuck turtle. My OB is so sweet and helps haul me up and off the exam table at every appointment. I'd never make it up otherwise. The rib pain is getting awful!

In response to your subject question, I feel like everything hurts in my third tri It started at about 35 weeks!
Bed is tough because of the pelvic pain. Rolling over in bed makes me feel like a whale- I have to build up the momentum to get over!
