Yes, it matters to me! Like you, I pretty much just wear black, white, and nude!

I have a bunch of colorful bras, but I hardly ever wear them because I don't want the color to stand out!

I absolutely hate it when someone can see my bra in any way. Even just the straps. I wear nude or black and that's it but maybe I should consider branching out?

Yes. I don't like it . . . it wasn't a good look for SJP either, if you ask me. However, you aren't just limited to nude/black. White shows through under white, so I wear nude or black or red . . .
If you're fair- to olive-skinned, a red or hot pink bra will blend in with your complexion and it won't show through!

The craziest bra I have is a nude animal print, which I think is cute DH doesn't normally care what they look like, he knows I have a tough time finding bras that fit!

color bothers me quite a bit. I hate the trend of wearing a dark bra under a translucent shirt without a camisole, for example, and almost all my bras are nude--I find that black sometimes even shows under dark shirts if the material isnt thick enough.

straps don't bother me though with tank tops, as long as the straps follow the same line as the top. like, i'm wearing a maxi dress today that has the straps cross in the back, making an x--i LOVE this dress but I can only wear it with a strapless bra, which is super uncomfortable, so I wear it with a jean jacket that I leave on all day...if the straps didn't cross though, i'd wear it with a normal bra even though the straps are a little thinner than my bra's...

Honestly, I wish they'd stop making white bras. They show through white, they get grungy and gross quickly and they're just generally not great.

I dont like when bras show through but you can wear plenty of fun colors and patterns and not have an issue. I own black and nude for the occasions when they are necessary, but I wear lots of colors too. Maybe because I tend to dress in darker colors?

Other colors that are "neutral" but more fun than black and nude are gray or pale pink too.

Meh, I don't really care. I would if I worked in a professional setting, but I'm all about the casual, all the time. I don't intentionally wear contrasting colors as a fashion statement or anything. But I used to have a black bra with white polka dots that I would wear under a black racer-back tank.

I do hate when my super-wide nursing bra straps show, though. Or sometimes, if I'm wearing a v-neck and my nude nursing bra, it shows in the v part, and I HATE hate that.

I don't mind colored bras under dark clothing, where you can see the strap, but I hate when you can see the cup, so I generally wear nude bras.

honestly, i think bright bras are a bit tacky when they show ! i hate seeing them! same with underwear, though. Undergarments should hide. I think they should be as inconspicuous as possible. Therefore, i own a lot of boring bras I'm really not into the bra-showing trend of late (bright bras, mesh shirts, hot pink bra, white t-shirt, etc)

I usually wear a camisole or tank top under all of my dress shirts, but even then I'm still generally wearing a "boring colored" bra. I don't really like bright/textured bras, anyway. Those are reserved for displaying when I'm not wearing any shirt
