When I was pregnant with DD, I knew about 10 other women who were pregnant at the same time, and 9 of them were having girls. Just recently, it seemed like all the pregnant women I knew had boys. So I'm wondering what the next wave will be.
Have you noticed that trend?

Yep, almost everyone I know is having a girl this year!

We had almost all girls last year, 10 girls and only 1 boy. I figure biologically boys have to be next.

Oh yes, in 2005-2008 everyone had boys, then it switched to everyone having girls, but it wasn't as strong as the boy wave. Last person that had a baby had a boy, so maybe it's transitioning back.

Yes! The wave of people we knew who had babies 1-2 years ago all had boys, and all of the people we knew who were pregnant around the time I was, all had girls.

Over the last year every single friend/family member that has been pregnant has had a girl!

I had a boy, and I know 2 girls who are currently pregnant.. one's having a boy and the other's having a girl!

Yes it seems like it to me! Three of us are pregnant at my work right now and the earliest due just found out it's a boy... so we will see!!
