    Sorry, I think Clementine is a little too out there to sound professional. It's cute for a little girl, but it doesn't pass the resume test for me.

    I like it! It's old school, familiar but not too popular, and easy to pronounce.

    I like the name, but I don't think it passes the test - BUT I personally think it's silly that a name should have to pass the test lol. I mean, your name is your name regardless of what profession you enter - why must our names only fit our professional lives?

    @runnerd: research shows that certain names on the top of a resume means the candidate doesn't even get considered. Jamal and John may both be equally qualified, but John is more likely to even get an interview than Jamal. There is bias in hiring.

    Yesssssss!
    I think it's a great name, and 20-40 years from now I think it will be just fine.

    Do most people pronounce it Clemen-teen or Clemen-tyne?

    @MoonMoon: it's Clemen-tyne, IMO

    It's too cutesy, to be honest. I have a hard time imagining President Clementine.

    It really is a nice, cutesy name but I can't get over how Clem is too close to phlegm.

    @ra: Trying again next month? That's incredible! I think Clementine's a beautiful name and would be on my list for a girl. I'm excited!!!

    It's a little too cutesy to me (to pass the tests). But a cute little girls name.

    One of my B2B customers is naming their second daughter Clementina. She's due in March. All of the ladies in the family have names that end in -ina. The name instantly brings a smile to one's face!

    If we ever have a girl and go with the name we would do Clementine Rose (our last name is basically the same as a creepy, cooky, myseterious, and spooky family :snap snap:). So, she could always go by Rose or use C. Rose ______ on her resumes.

    Another eyebrow raiser here. When I see Clementine, I think of Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind or Cybill Shepard's daughter.

    Resume sure, nothing wrong with a pronounceable, traditional, spellable name!
    President.... I'm not as sure, seems too cutesy?

    @cascademom: haha I happened to have named my son after the male lead in Eternal Sunshine & our girl pick of Clementine was for the same reason
