DD2 (6 weeks) is on nutramigen - she has been vomiting like her whole belly full of liquid once or twice a day it seems like. I feel so bad for her at this point.

Have you had her checked for reflux? My LO had both MSPI and reflux. She actually still is on reflux meds at 15 mo!

DD did that around six weeks, but it was because she was comfort nursing past fullness. Less likely with a bottle, but maybe possible? We switched to trying to eat after waking up instead of before falling asleep and falling asleep with a binky and it stopped.
My MSPI baby (DS) had reflux too.

DS was successful on soy formula (milk allergy) until he caught a stomach bug at 7 weeks old. He projectile vomited every feed unless we had him on zofran. After almost a month of trying this and trying that and fluid for dehydration, we saw a pediatric GI who put him on Neocate. The vomiting stopped, the fussy feelings stopped, it was like magic. She said that sometimes a stomach bug can upset the GI trac so much that the body develops a severe intolerance to something (in our case it was soy). DS was diagnosed with MSPI and reflux.

DS is on similac alimentum and prilosec. For a while he was still vomiting. I realized it was because he was overeating. Took me a while to figure it out since everyone was telling me baby's can't overeat. I would feed him his normal amount and if he was still giving hunger cues i gave him a pacifier. i would still call your doctor though. If LO isn't gaining proper weight because of vomiting something else could be wrong.
