We've been doing some CIO with the baby so I gave my toddler a sound machine for the first time last night because I didn't want the baby to wake her up. It scared her and she couldn't sleep with it on! I guess 3 years old is too late to introduce white noise? Lol.

Aw, poor girl! We're the opposite - LO can't sleep without the sound machine.

@Andrea: aww...that's so sad! What if you tried a fan or humidifier? It's a little more gentle than white noise.

Hahaha yeah. I think it's weird for them when you introduce it later in life! I never slept with noise before I met P (he has to have a fan running). Drove me crazy at first!
