My DH did something so stupid.....
We are in the process of looking at our budget for a new car before our baby arrives. He put out a web inquiry for a couple of models, but using my cell phone and email addy for the contact. I have a spam email account. And I use my cell for work purposes.
Since 8:30 this morning I've received 8 phone calls from car dealerships. It's so disruptive!
Sorry end of my rant..... Does your DH do stupid things like that?!

OMG. Annoying.
No, my husband is the extreme opposite.
I went to meet up with a CL guy to sell my iphone, and DH comes of course for safety, and in the car he's like, "OK, when you meet up with him, I will tell him FAKE NAMES."
Um, why the hell would we even say ours names and if we did, why can't we use our real names???
Weirdo.

how about this one... we both have smart phones, we both have google accounts with calendars and he NEVER puts anything on the calendar or checks when things are happening he constantly confuses dates, forgets events, obligations or things he says yes to... i'm forced to remember ALLLLLL the things

He doesn't really do anything stupid, he is the most cautious person I know. It can be really annoying, because everything is SO thought out - it took us 13 months to buy a car, 5 months to buy a tv (while we were living without one!). So, maybe that's the stupid thing? Haha

My DH will do that when we go to open houses. So there is usually a race to the sign in sheet.

My DH once signed up for a credit card without realizing it. When it came in the mail he freaked out because he HATES credit cards and kept asking why they would sent him one when he never signed up. It was from Kohl's, and I asked if he signed up for anything last time he was there, like for a discount or something. He says, "Well yeah, they offered me 15% off if I signed up for their card, but they didn't say credit card! It was just like a frequent buyer card!" Uh, no, DH...Kohl's does not have a frequent buyer card and if they did I'm sure it wouldn't give you 15% off. I asked him if he gave them his social security number and he says yes. At that point I about slapped him upside the head - why the heck would you give someone that if you think you're signing up for a rewards card and not a credit card??

@wonderstruck: LOL That's pretty funny! My first job right after college was being an office manager at a mortgage office so I also helped with credit fraud disputes and credit counseling. So I am very careful to not give personal info out. My DH on the other hand is so carefree, he use to give it over the phone without thinking twice. I don't remember the exact reason (I think the cc company called to offer a promotion) until I put a stop to that nonsense. I told him they have to verify it with you. Don't ever give out personal info. They should have it already.

That's annoying.
The other day my DH left our puppy's brand new beautiful leather collar on our coffee table and he got hold of it and destroyed it. 
I specifically told DH to be careful where he put it...

My husband always does laundry without checking his pockets. He has ruined countless articles of my clothing with melted chapsticks and busted pens! I gave him his own basket and he is forbidden to touch my clothes or the baby's.

I'm totally your husband!! We had a super-friendly cashier at a restaurant that ended up being from our home town ... every time we'd go in, we'd chat (small talk), until he asked us for our number. I have him my hubby's cell #. He totally called, too. I felt bad, but it's not like I'm going to give MINE out!

Update: by the end of the day I had received 14 dealership calls. Grrh. DH has since then apologized
@chillybear: I too have to be the one who remembers things, unless it has something to do with sports.
