In the morning, before he leaves for work, my husband gives me a kiss on the cheek and rubs any part of my belly that is exposed. He will also give it a pat in the evenings when I get home. I find it endearing.

He only touched it when she was moving. Which was pretty often.

Awww, cute mediagirl.
Mine did at night, when I'd put on the cocoa butter. He got a kick out of the baby's movements in relation to where his hands were.

He tries right now, but at 9.5 weeks I'm so uncomfortable that I don't like him to, lol. Any pressure makes me nauseous!

He does mostly at night when we're cuddling on the couch or before we fall asleep. So far I find it cute but ask me again when I start to feel really big and uncomfortable and I will probably change my mind

He loves to rub the belleh. He usually rubs it at night, after dinner when we’re watching TV, which feels really good. He will also put his hands on my belly so he can feel movement. We just started reading to the belly too – he reads and does the voices and everything for baby.

Sometimes, he kisses it when he gets home from work, but he very rarely touches it. He's not a big fan of all the movement. He said "it's weird". He's a little squeamish to say the least.

Mine has done it more and more as my belly has gotten bigger. It's very sweet. He'll reach over and pat my belly while we're sleeping and he tells me that he and the baby have little "talks" during the night.

Mine does on occasion but my baby is pretty lazy about movement! When she does it's pretty brief and as soon as he feels she stops moving!

@Nskillet: he has only felt movement twice now. I'm sure as I get bigger, he will feel it more. I think right now it's more of a "hi there, baby" pat.
@MegWag: He and the baby have talks during the night! How sweet!!
@yoursilverlining: I love that you're reading to your "belleh" already! How far along are you?

@mediagirl: Just over 25 weeks. I read a bunch of articles about how newborns nurse harder and stronger when they hear their mom’s voice (vs. other voices), and about both parental voice and language recognition. I also read how if you read them something repetitively while they are in the womb, it may be something they get used to, so it can be used as a calming tool when they are newborns – and told my husband about that. So my husband said he had to start reading to her so that “she knows who dad is” when she’s born (lol, like she wouldn’t know!). ;-D

sometimes, but i hate when he lays his hand on my belly - too heavy!

All the time now.
I love it! Before he could feel the baby kick, almost never.

Yes! Mine does every night before I go to sleep. Sometimes I'll ask him to run it too - when I feel like "it" wants to be touched

@Orvis18: I actually didn't like it in the beginning when it felt like more bloat/flab than baby. Now that my belly is rounder I like it more because I can really feel that there's a baby in there.
Mr. TTT usually feels my belly in the morning and at night in bed. Sometimes if baby TTT is extra squirmy, he'll reach over to feel it if we're sitting on the couch or something.

He does! Usually at night when we are going to bed. He'll rub my belly, try to guess where she is and sing her twinkle little star. haha.

My hubby rubs it every morning when he is walking out the door and says to me take care of my baby today
It's cute. Also at night when we are just hanging out on the couch he always rubs it or holds it and talks to it! I should start feeling the baby kick any time now but for him he can't feel anything yet and still touches it all the time which I love!
