2 days a week he works till 8.

Except for Fridays, 8 is the earliest he ever gets home. On Mondays it's usually 10ish, and gets a bit earlier throughout the week. Fridays are his early-out days, so he gets home sometime between 5-7. This is just during the Winter, their slow season. During late Spring and Summer it'll be later (12-1a on Mondays).

DH works a night shift for roughly one weeks out of each month. His shift starts at either 2 or 4pm and he can be home again anytime between 8pm and 1am depending on how much work he has on.

He works until 7 everyday(except he has off every other Thursday)

He used to work 6pm until 6a for over a year! It was terrible!

Every second weekend he works 2-2. Otherwise he works 12-11. He used to work true nights though, 6-6 and that blew!

Usually. He covers high school sports. So he doesn't work nights during the summer, and he mostly works Friday nights during football season, and more nights during spring sports than fall sports season. Like the past 2 weeks he's worked practically every night, and Saturdays too. Should work out nice for nighttime LO wakeups...

Dh works from 5pm-5am

He works 'til 8 every once in a while - but he's in and out all day and almost always home for a few hours at lunch so it's not bad. I have extra time to get stuff done and still cook dinner on those days!

He only works nights if it snows. When it snows he takes his plow out at about 10pm or so and then doesn't usually get home until after 6am.

Dh has a roster that one week he will work 7am-3.30pm and the next week he works 3.30pm-12am. I much prefer it when he does the 7am-3.30pm shift.

He's a resident and works late at least once a week sometimes twice (like til 9). Hes almost done with residency so the overnight shift says are behind us thank goodness!

Very rarely.... Like once a year.

Not often, maybe once or twice a month. Unless things get busy at work and he has to stay late (like he did in December).

No but he often has work-related dinners he has to attend. Maybe every other week.
