The biggest perk for me is though is that I own my business and therefore have major flexibility in schedule for my day-to-day life. (Downside - very few weekends to myself).

Also - I filled in at a corporation for a few months while their in-house planner was in maternity leave and that company (large local business) had a ton of perks. On-site large gym, on-site oil changes once a month, food trucks on-site on a regular basis (a lot of perks designed to make it so their large sales force didn't have to leave the office much, but still the perks were nice). They had a dedicated room for nursing moms, as well as dedicated parking spaces for pregnant staff members. They had an on-site massage therapist for 10-minute massages (at a reasonable price) on a regular basis, and many other things that are escaping my memory.

None of it was enough to make me want to work there full time, but I know a lot of it was much appreciated by the majority of their staff!

I get to walk around the galleries whenever I want, and bring in my family and friends for free. I work in an art museum, and since admission is $25, this is a pretty big perk! I also get discounts in the restaurants and gift shops.

We get 10% off our home and auto insurance, and at christmas our pro-shops usually give us a few bottles of something adulty to drink, or bring in lunch for us.

I'm also an event planner. I get professional family photos a lot in any given year for dirt cheap or free, from photogs that I use. I also get great arrangements for my own home at xmas time sent to me as gifts (or re-gifts shhhh!)

Ooooh, after a year and 8 months at my work, we just got bonuses today! Hell. Yes.

Yes! I get paid for my lunch hour (so, I only work 9-5 as opposed to 8-5 or 9-6). I get monthly bonuses when we've filed X amount of cases for the month. And every Friday, I almost always get off early (anytime between 2 and 4 PM) but he still pays us for a full day. And all holidays are paid. He also gives us a pretty hefty holiday bonus. And we often go out as an office for lunch with is paid for by the office. We also do some team building events (baseball game, painting class, etc.) that are all covered by the firm. We each have our own large offices, which seems to be pretty rare these days. We also have health insurance that is 100% by the firm, nothing comes out of my paycheck to cover it. My boss is very generous!

@sweetchic: Ha it is awesome. And the health insurance thing is relatively new, so it isn't like he has intentionally paid us more to cover it.

At my old job they catered food for us 3x a month at least. Had a fridge full of soda, water, juices and tons of chocolate all over the place!
We got really nice gifts during the holidays too.

My firm has decent perks IMO. We get fresh fruit/a beverage fridge every day for our enjoyment, monthly staff breakfasts, Friday bar-snack night, a special event staff party every month, client cocktail parties/events, bonuses, paid holidays, two weeks paid vacation, flex spending account for health and wellness, RRSP contributions from the firm, maternity leave top-up, gifts from the firm for all major Christian/Hallmark holidays (Not horribly PC, I know), draws for free transit passes every month, and all mandatory training sessions are catered.

It almost makes up for being underpaid...almost, lol.

I guess the biggest 'perk' at my old job would be that I worked 8 hour days which isn't typical for attorneys.

I think my former employer had good perks, we had free admission to lots of museums, we'd be able to buy certain things with an employee discount, we also had free tickets to events, like the Radio City Christmas Spectacular and the Big Apple Circus back in the day.
