How old is your LO and do they wake up to go or can they make it until the morning?
My almost 4 year old doesn't need to most nights, but she still wakes up for a pee sometimes.

My DD is 5 and will wake up to pee on occasion.

3 year old wakes up to pee on rare occasion. The other night she woke up two hours after she fell asleep. That was surprising.

Almost 3 year old, and he wakes up crying in the middle of the night, which indicates his need to pee. It's not the most pleasant wake up, but he goes right back to sleep after he goes to the bathroom.
