Mine usually does really well.
I asked him to pick up some DISHWASHING gloves for me in a size small.
This is what he brought home. -.-

When I first saw "Playtex Disposables" I thought you were going to say you asked him to pick up tampons!

Haha, that's not the same!
He does ok because I send him with a detailed list! He's called before because he can't find something and I have to direct him to the appropriate aisle. Why doesn't he just ask someone in the store??

@lawbee11: I've sent B out for those before. Lol.

Haha..funny. He does really well if I have a list ready, otherwise we end up with all kinds of random stuff that I never know what to do with afterward.

Hmmmm, maybe you should ask DH if your shirt makes your hands look fat?!
My DH is good about getting groceries if I'm specific about quantities. If I don't say exactly how much of something I need, he'll buy way more than I would have gotten!

No. Everytime I give him like 2 items to get me he always somehow messes up. Last week I wanted apple cider vinegar and a lemonade and he brought me soda and pepto. And he usually brings home video games that he spent like an hour scouting out but can't remember my items.

sometimes... he usually thinks he can remember everything, so generally he forgets at least one thing. But he never does "add ons" and stays within the budget so I can't complain plus the grocery store is a mile away so it's no big deal if he forgets something.

LOL those aren't quite it...
DH does pretty good. We use an app to share the shopping list on our phones so I try to be as specific as possible when I list an item. We went together for a long time so he knows the basics that I like. Thankfully he does the food shopping because I detest it.

He does ok. Usually it's not perfect.... but I never yell at him because then he just will have an excuse not to go anymore.

@anonysquire : LMAO!!! Men!
My hubby normally does okay. If he has questions while grocery shopping, he'll either call me or text me a picture inquiring if that's the right one or not.

Nope. Even when I send a detailed list he'll mess up the items or forget stuff. Plus, he doesn't know where to look for certain things in the store. He'll come home and tell me an item is not there when I know exactly where it is in the store. And he always brings home a bunch of bad frozen crap and snacks that only he likes.

Haha - yeah, he's pretty good. He will normally pick up some "treats", though which I always find hilarious.
