I think hearing my name from Hubs would sound weird, haha. We call each other "Sweetie" (and we've been doing it LONG before River Song started calling the Doctor that, so there!)

We call each other "hon" or "honey" most of the time. Occasionally when I need his attention and he's not listening, I will use his name and he does the same with me.

No he calls me by my initials "MT". He has done this since high school when we barely knew each other and the nickname has just stuck. We joked about changing it to "MH" when we married and my last name changed, but I will forever be "MT".

We rarely use first names. He calls me "girl" and I typically call him "honey bear."

He calls me a nickname that is not associated with my name in private. He doesn't really call me anything in public unless he is telling a story about me and then he uses my real name.
I'm always a bit shocked when he calls me by my real name.

I probably say "hon" or "honey bunny" more often. Lol I think the most common time I call my DH by his first name is when he's teasing me or I'm nagging him for some reason.

I usually call him babe or daddy (if LO is around) but will call him his name in a group setting or out in public. He calls me a shorter version of my name or hun, love, babe, or mama. It just varies.
