We actually haven't had a play date in forever. But it's always me that sets up and plans the play dates. My husband does not do playdates by himself.
Does your spouse do play dates?

My husband plans more play dates than I do. Several of his friends have kids a similar age.

These days, my wife schedules the playdates! I used to schedule more, but we don't know too many families with kids our age.

DH will occasionally come on playdates with DDs and me, but doesn't really set them up. He has some friends with kids but we tend to all hang out as families rather than do dad-kid time for some reason.

We haven't done too many, but so far it has been all me. He likes play dates more than I do, so I've been trying to encourage him to set some up.
