I heard that in some states it's mandatory for daycare?
Can't find any info for NY State.

I don't think they do. We are in CA. Is it only a requirement for babies 6 months and up? Our pediatrician wouldn't give it until DS was 6 months old.

They don't but our daycare strongly encourages it!
