What kind of dressing do you like best on a salad of romaine lettuce? I feel like I only ever do ranch or caesar on romaine and vinaigrettes on mixed greens and spinach but not sure why... haha!

I love bleu cheese, but I know it's not everyone's thing. I also like Catalina or French dressing.

Balsamic. I just throw balsamic only on salad and it's delicious. For higher effort days: balsamic, maple syrup/honey, oil, herbs, and crushed garlic are tasty.
Dijon mustard, maple syrup, Greek yoghurt, and pesto. My friend used that on a salad for me last week. So tasty!
