19 w + 2 days, been feeling the baby move for about a week now. Yesterday the movement was almost constant- like, every 30 minutes, frequent, repetitive movements lasting most of the work day. I could feel the movement through the outside of my stomach if I timed it right.
Today, hardly any movement. Nothing repetitive, just occasional pokes that are gone as soon as I notice them.
Everything is fine, right?

If there's no noticeable movement in the next 24 hours I would call your OB. Pokes are considered movement too! Baby still has a lot of room to move so I would try not to worry.
When I was 20 weeks along I ate a ton of food and felt NO movement for almost a day. HAHA.

I think it's totally normal. I have days like that too. I even was sent to the hospital for monitoring because I wasn't feeling him move. He was just in a weird position where I couldn't feel anything, but you could definitely hear him on the monitor!

I think it's normal but if you feel NO movement, I would definitely call your doctor! Do you find that the baby moves a lot after consuming sweet/sugary things? When I was pregnant and paranoid that LO wasn't moving, I would drink a Diet Hansen's soda because it was the only thing that would make the baby go nuts in my belly!

At 21 weeks, I still only feel movement very sporadically. If you're feeling anything at all, I think you're probably fine. Sounds like you have a sleepy baby today from that week of moving all the time!

There would be days when I felt hardly any movement and then I would have days where I felt a ton. Depending on the placement of your placenta, you may not feel it very often until the baby is much bigger.

19 weeks is still very early to have constant or regular movement so I wouldnt be worried at this point

This happened to me, too. Totally normally at this stage. I was told that it wasn't until after 24 weeks (at least ... maybe later) that you would need to be monitoring for consistency.

Thanks guys- it is just a little unsettling after all the movement yesterday. I have felt occasional movement, it is just so different from yesterday that I got a little nervous.

@Silva: Pokes count as movement.
Remember if you get worried the best thing to do is drink some juice and lay down.

Yeah at 19 weeks it isn't going to be constant. I wouldn't worry about it.

@Silva: some people get a response by putting a flashlight against their tummy... maybe try the flashlight test?

lie down, drink sugary juice (OJ works well) and do a kick count. if you still are worried, call your OB. better safe than sorry, or always wondering - "if only...." y'know?

I experienced this many times throughout my pregnancyvand it's completely normal. Baby has busy days and baby has quiet days 
I'd get paranoid every time too but just remember that the pokes are just as good as big movement!

I definitely didn't have consistent movement that early. Do you know if your placenta is anterior or not - that could make movements feel a lot more subdued and less noticeable. I didn't really start noticing consistent every-day movement until around 24 weeks.

My doctor said it's not uncommon to have days with little/no movement throughout the second tri. I wouldn't worry about it!

Movement was really inconsistent for me until about 26 weeks or so. When he was going through growth spurts he'd not move as much (I assume, because he'd have some quiet days and then I'd be huge and he'd be moving all around again). Around 20 weeks, I was told I should have 10 movements a day, and I usually did, but they were very small. I'd have to lie down and concentrate to feel them.

I agree with all the PPs! They're still little at that point and have lots of room to swim. They can kick you toward your inside, too, which is less likely to be felt. It's definitely a scary feeling though! Juice or caffeine always got my LO going
