It's time for me to get serious about getting the rest of my pg weight off. *lesigh* For those of you who went the Paleo route (or modified Paleo route), what are some easy switches/changes I can make to start down the Paleo road? I don't want to do a complete overhaul right away, but say, if I wanted to do a transition over the course of the next two weeks?
I just have to plan it out and be ready for the weekend. Problems usually arise for me if I don't have a plan and find myself beyond hungry. So, as long as I have a general idea of what my options are, hopefully I will do well.
