I eat Greek yogurt every single day for breakfast at work and since it's cooling down, I want to spice it up! Any suggestions? What do you eat? It's more complicated since I have celiac and can't eat anything with gluten.

When I'm not pregnant I eat a more strict version of paleo/primal - so no grains, gluten or refined sugar. I usually make a big crustless quiche/frittata with all kinds of stuff in it on Sunday afternoon, and then slice and reheat each morning.

I was diagnosed with a wheat allergy a few months ago & have found a few things that work for me. All chex cereal except wheat chex is naturally gluten free. The cinnamon chex is my version of a kids cereal. M-F that is my breakfast with a yogurt & maybe a fruit. Also I like to make omelets in the mornings or egg sandwiches. It only takes a 1-1 1/2 min to cook 1 egg in the microwave so its an easy fix. I usually make two eggs w/ pre cut peppers, onions, salt, pepper, garlic powder, cheese & layer it with spinach. We have a great GF bakery in town that makes the BEST bread ever so I will use that. Also cottage cheese is a great way to get dairy and protein in for the day.
These are two great books that I like to use. Truly makes it easy to eat GF!

I want to add that I only have a wheat allergy so some of the stuff that I am still able to eat might still have gluten!

@Sugar.Biscuit: thanks for the recommendations! I never thought about chex! I do eggs, especially on the weekend. I need to eat more oatmeal too.
