I usually go 1-2 times per day and now its been 2 days and nothing - I feel horrible!!

Eat 4-5 prunes a day and drink plenty of water. It takes a couple days to kick in, but when it does, it's a beautiful thing.

Make sure you're getting enough fiber - when I switched to healthier eating, I had the same issue, and more fiber solved it pretty quickly!

More water, walking and dried fruit (but make sure you have the fiber with fat otherwise it won't help as much). Alternatively, a young coconut or chia seeds. And following up with coffee.

Eating ground flax seeds in yogurt/cereal has been a life saver for my pregnancy-related constipation.

As mentioned by PP, make sure you are drinking a ton of water! I can always tell when I haven't had enough, if you know what I mean

Going paleo made my husband reek - he is like a whoopee cushion 24/7, and the stench is foul. It did not have that effect on me - so I can't figure out what the issue is with his bowels.

Yes, this is totally normal!! If you're eating healthier, you're probably eating foods with better nutritional value. Some foods (ones that are high in iron, for example) can cause constipation. I suggest walking, more water, and being sure you're eating a really varied diet. I've given up on having normal poops since getting pregnant. It's the worst.
