I'm currently 22w, and at our anatomy scan a few weeks ago, the tech mentioned that baby was breech. I'm not worried at all about that, because she's got pleeeenty of time to move.
Thing is, (and I'm afraid that this might be TMI, but here goes) the past few weeks, I can tell that she's still breech because for the past few days she's been kicking the crap out of my cervix! She's still small enough that it's not outright painful, but it's jarring and not exactly comfortable!
While she'll probably shift on her own eventually, is there anything I can do to encourage her to explore a new and different part of my uterus? Should I try some headstands or a bit of downward dog?
