I am 26 weeks pregnant and after talking to my doctor this afternoon she is 95% sure the pain I am feeling is SPD. She said I could look up exercises but wasn't really helpful in what exactly to do to make this better for the next 14 weeks! I just searched the old threads here and it sounds like lots of people saw a chiropractor or got PT and that it helped.
Did you have to get referred from your OB? How did you find someone to work with? I've never been to a chiro or PT so I'm not sure how the process works!
I'm about 45 minutes west of Boston if anyone local has specific suggestions!
