Just woke up and DD eye is super swollen and gunky. Was leaking a little discharge last night but really swelled up overnight. Any ideas of things I can do until peds office opens in two hours?

Lo had this when she was tiny and it was a clogged tear duct. I held a warm wash cloth on it and put some breastmilk on there and it was fine by the Afternoon.

Warm compress

Another vote on warm compress and if you have on hand you can rinse it with some (cold or cooled down) chamomile tea. Chamomile is a natural antiseptic.
