Hardly ever. LO pretty much eats what we eat so I try to make dinner at home as often as possible, even if it's just a quesadilla and some cut up fruit.

Together as a family? Maybe once a week, sometimes twice. But on our own, more frequently - DH sometimes up to 6 days a week. We both work afternoon shift frequently, and if we're working away from our home office we get up to $25.00 to spend on dinner, so that's hard to pass up for a packed lunch sandwich...
