We are taking family pictures outside this weekend and I am completely lost on what to wear. I am 5 months PP from baby #2, so while I am not super happy with my body, I feel like I look pretty good and want that to show through in pictures.
It will be about 65 and sunny but I also want to use these pictures for our Christmas cards, so I am thinking warmer attire would be better.
Any suggestions or inspiration pictures?? Links would be great too!

Are you dressing yourself first, and then coordinating everyone else from there? Do you have a key piece or color in your closet that you already love??
I'm terrible with photo outfits but usually pick something for my daughter first and then go from there. I tend to stick to neutrals/classic pieces for myself and DH. I've done jeans but with a nice top and boots to dress it up, but also a maxi dress. I think for attire go with what works best for you in terms of the poses you think you'll be in? DS is crawling all over the place so for me, I wouldn't do a skirt right now.

We did ours earlier this week and I wore a sweater dress with tights and a scarf. It was low 60s here. I also had some problems in terms of not being sure what to wear. It's tough!

I think my problem is that since having kids, I tend to buy them clothes and shop for them more often. Clothes just don't appeal to me like they once did, sigh. I think my boys are covered, they have a ton of cute neutral sweaters to choose from and my hubs dresses pretty nice too.
My closet is just full of blah, ha! I definitely let it go since I've been pregnant for like 3 years. Thanks for the suggestions! I think I might keep it more casual since my boys are all over the place and I don't want too show too much 
Maybe skinny jeans, sweater and a pair of boots or booties.
If anyone else has any pictures, I would appreciate it!
@mauxie: I've scoured pinterest! Sometimes I just get overwhelmed but there are some cute looks out there.

I would do skinnys, little booties, form fitting shirt and a nice wintery scarf that is warm and you can pull colors from your families outfits! i'm obsessed with the blanket tartan scarfs

We put our girl in her favourite orange dress, threw her grey sweater over top and her pink sneakers. Hubby and I wore jeans, he wore a grey patterned shirt over an orange tshirt, and i wore my grey sweater over a black tshirt which was over a pink tshirt. Layers, neutrals and coordinating colours.
Not for a Christmas card though. Here's an out take, lol
