My oldest turns 5 next week and since he loves playing games, I’d like to get some new ones! Right now he really enjoys card games (Go Fish and Old Maid), we have Chutes and Ladders, and There a Yeti in my Spaghetti. Any favorites in your house?

We have tons of games at our house, I literally can spend 5 minutes on amazon and have 5 games in my cart.
I buy all kinds of things, but I am mainly drawn to games with manipulative items. My son really likes jenga now, but we started with a noah's ark balancing game, it's fun for all ages.

We have a Sequence for kids version that uses animal pictures instead numbers.
My 4 year old almost understands Quarkle, but not quite.

We love 5-second rule jr. We don't usually play with the game board though. Just the cards and the timer. It's hilarious!
We also like that Break the Ice game. Guess Who is fun.

My 5 year old has recently gotten into qwirkle and rummikub. They have similar concepts though the latter is a bit harder. Trouble is good for the kids to play themselves but I won’t play; honestly it’s too boring.

Anyone have game suggestions for 3.5YO? She loves Memory. I just got Count Your Chickens yesterday and she found it very boring. She said “this game just makes me tired” 🙄!

DS got Race to the Treasure for his 4th birthday and has asked to play it 2-3 times a week since. And it is fun for us adults too

The rules are super easy and all places are $1, $2, or $5 dollars so it’s easier to follow. My Lo is about to turn six but she can follow along.
And I bought that fishing game that twirls around. And you catch fish. I can’t okay it bc it makes me dizzy
