LO wants to pick out a car seat toy for baby brother due in March. We saw some while out shopping today, but he said he wants to find one that plays music. Do you have a favorite toy to attach to the infant seat, musical or not?

This is by far the best toy we ever got because of the amount of use we got out of it. It doesn’t directly attach but I suppose you could attach it somehow. My daughter has loved it from around 4 months until now; she just turned 3! She still plays with it in the car seat.

@turquoisemama: funny that was the first thought I had too. We actually have two because we got a second as a gift and we leave one in the car and one at home. The music really isn’t annoying.

Yep. The Tag Along Tunes was definitely our most used toy in the car. It was like magic when he was fussy or uncooperative.

Sassy all the way. I know this is a car toy for slightly older babies but I love tossing the indestructible books back there to the baby. She started loving them around 5 months and I don't have to worry about her ripping them or chewing them unsupervised. My oldest (almost 3) quickly learned to pull it for her baby sister to keep her transfixed. They have a brown monkey too.
