I used to be pretty happy with cheapie ones from Target but now that I SAH and pretty much wear them for 12 hours they're not quite cutting it. What are your favorite house slippers?

Ugg Cozy...you can wear them outside if you so desire! I wear them to grab the newspaper.

i wear slippers almost 40hrs a wk & have blown through sooooo many pairs! i'm picky, i like my heel covered, no rubber soles & quick to slip on/off. i have a pair of boiled wool acorn slippers that i LOVE, i wear them all the time. i was worried because my cat threw up in them (more than once... yuck) & they're wool & leather, but i figured i'd throw 'em in the wash & see what happened- they survived! i let them air dry. but they're pretty indestructible. they were certainly more pricey than target slippers, but they've lasted so much longer

I bought DH Ugg slippers a few years ago and while he scoffed at the idea of owning Uggs (even though they would never be worn in public), he loves them and still wears them every day in the winter. I bought Ugg knockoffs at Costco for myself and the quality is just not the same. The Uggs are so much lighter in weight but warmer!

I have BearPaw slippers, which are similar to Uggs but cheaper.
