Okay help me! I have the same smoothie every DAY. Banana, peaches & strawberries.
I prefer fresh ingredients but am not opposed to frozen.

Every day - banana, frozen fancy berry blend from Trader Joe's (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries), non-fat Greek yogurt, orange juice, spinach, flax seed. Sometimes I mix up the fruit (pineapple, mango, peaches, cherries...), but the rest is the same.

Berries are great! I love a mixture of blueberries and strawberries, with the occasional handful of raspberries or cherries mixed in.

I like to add mango too, either frozen or fresh (but fresh is so much work to cut up that I usually just eat it with my fingers). I like to add baby spinach, too, so a usual one for me is coconut water, yogurt, frozen strawberries or frozen mix of strawberries pineapple and mango, banana, and spinach. The color usually isn't as pretty with the spinach though.

Right now my routine smoothie is:
-unsweetened vanilla almond milk
-splash of OJ
-scoop of vanilla protein powder
-a dollop of vanilla Greek yogurt
-a banana
-a handful of frozen strawberries (I like adding a frozen ingredient because it makes the whole smoothie cold without having to add ice)
-two big handfuls of baby spinach

I've never added mango or spinach, those two are on my list! I bought some greek yogurt to try in my smoothie for tomorrow and will get some mango soon too! I had a friend suggest mandarin oranges but I don't know...? I feel like the canned fruit wouldn't be as good. I used to put sliced fresh apples in, I should do that again!
Has anyone tried grapes in them?

I like chocolate peanut butter banana smoothies. They taste like a milkshake!
1/2-1 cup almond milk
Handful of ice
Scoop of vanilla protein powder (optional)
Two tablespoons of chocolate PB2 (HEAVENLY)
1-2 frozen bananas

@babyjmama: It's dehydrated PB! It's like PB with 85% fewer calories. It's a powder, and it is sooooo delicious.

Everyday - pear, banana, frozen strawberries, 1 tbsp greek yogurt, big handful of spinach. Sometimes we'll throw in peaches, or pineapple, whatever we have on hand.

I love throwing frozen cranberries in mine!
A typical smoothie for me is banana, yogurt, apple juice or orange juice, DHA oil, frozen berries or cherries, and frozen cranberries.
