@MaryM: we will be testing around the same time and have similar issues (pcos and hypothyroidism) I hope this is both our months. I wasn't able to take ferema this cycle so I'm hoping residual hormones from last cycle did the trick for me

@bizwitch: we are all blowing up this thread, I think all of us need some extra love and support this month

@bizwitch: I will definitely share pics of the cake. DH's bday is in March so it will be a while. Hoping it works out.

@MaryM: i hope you and your DH have a nice weekend away together. good luck this cycle.

@bizwitch: I'm glad you are feeling better. I cannot imagine how hard it must be taking Clomid because I struggle enough emotionally with PMS/AF etc. then add the stress of TTC ugh. That's great you are getting back into running. Exercise is really the only thing that helps me stay sane and unfortunately I haven't made enough time for it lately. That and chocolate. Glad to know I'm not the only one who eats all the chocolate chips!

@madisonbee: I don't see anything
How many DPO do you think you are now?
kiwi / 578 posts
@madisonbee: I don't see anything on the bottom one, but kinda think I see something on the top one. Try again with FMU before your trip!!!

@mrskansas: this probably doesn't help, but it the time from OPK to O varies for me from 1-2d.

I am so tired I just want to nap at my desk and I am praying for a snow day tomorrow although I would prefer if my husband didn't have one, which sounds awful but a whole day to myself to relax and nap and do craft projects and maybe cook a little sounds amazing

@snarkybiochemist: I can totally relate to this. My husband had to work late last night and I was kind of happy about it cause it meant I could take a bath and watch my tv show by myself and just chill out. It was great.

@Tionn3: I am a pretty strong introvert so as much as I love my husband sometimes I just need alone time to do the things that make me happy. TTC has super increased my need for self-care alone time, which is just extra ironic

@snarkybiochemist: apart from the cooking part, I also love time alone! I was seriously kid of worried when DH got a new job that had more similar hours to me. I was used to having at least an hour or two in the evenings and most weekends to myself. It was lovely being married to someone I barely saw. lol
We're ok still (thankfully he gets stir crazy easily and gets out at least one day a weekend). But I LOVE days when I have the TV to myself and can craft in quiet.

I got my period! Can't believe I'm happy about it but I am. Scheduled my HSG for Feb 16th, and will get a blood progesterone test on March 1st, and have a follow up appoint with the RE on March 6th. Cycle 11 full speed ahead.

So it kinda sucks that I already went through a TWW thinking I ovulated and now that I know I didn't, I have to wait two more weeks... haha. Hopefully these couple of weeks don't creep by.
My OPK was still pretty much positive this morning though, around 36 hours after my first strong positive. Is that normal?
ETA: I know I should have stopped testing after the strong positive!

@madisonbee: any update? I feel like I see something in the bottom pic...
nectarine / 2180 posts
@mrskansas: I typically stop testing after my positive so I don't have much good advice.
Husband and I both have a snow day today at least this means playtime with our doggie in the snow. We will just have to camp out in separate rooms for a bit. I also have some cramping which leads me to suspect I'm out.

@mrskansas: yes stop testing after the first positive it doesn't mean anything really! The only way to know if you really ovulated is temping or waiting it out. I'm sorry you have a second 2ww!!!!
nectarine / 2813 posts
@snarkybiochemist: @bhbee: Thanks, ladies. No more testing for me! I just hope that I actually ovulated this time
guess I'll find out in 2 weeks!

@mrskansas: I was checking out this thread. How many DPO would you be with your first positive? With my current pregnancy I started getting positive OPKS again before actually taking a FRER. The FRER ended up positive!
Green is OPK can't remember if they are marked.

@bhbee: How did your test look today?
@snarkybiochemist: jealous of your snow day! Enjoy the day with your pup and husband!
