@Mrs. Deer: She meant how long did you go without peeing before doing the second test. And false positives are extremely rare. I would try not to worry too much that they're not real. But if it's gonna worry you, nothing wrong with grabbing an frer asap!

@Torchwood: ah yes, now I get it. Maybe 10 minutes?
Thank you ladies! I think I'll do a retest in the morning. I will let you know! And sorry to just now jump on the bandwagon, I've been poking around this board but since we only just started talking about TTC again I didn't think it'd be worth jumping in this month. Yikes!! We shall see

@Mrs. Deer: I wouldn't worry about the tests getting lighter, especially if you only waited a few mins before testing.
Get a pink dye test for the morning and post your results!

@Mrs. Deer: Woot woot! I can most DEFINITELY see a line! Which deserves a happy deer:

@Mrs. Deer: You held your pee 10 minutes, and got this line!?! I think you're totally pregnant

Well- the doctor called and they are super proactive, which I'm excited about. I was totally surprised when they said that they wanted to do an ultrasound. They just want to get in there and see what's going on with the ovaries and the uterus. I'm pretty stoked. Either way- we will probably have answers. If I'm pregnant- Hallelujah (I read that if you are having a BFN after being late- the chances you are pregnant are only 1-2% chance. I only have a 1% chance anyways). And If I'm not pregnant? We can drink some parsley tea and lots of wine and get this show on the road (they will also prescribe a med to kick start the flow).
My appointment is at 7:30 AM.
After our tiny fight yesterday, I want to give DH the opportunity to decide how involved he wants to be during the ultrasound.

@HolisticMama: That is extremely gracious of you. But congrats on the good news and proactive doctor!

@HolisticMama: thrilled to hear you'll know tomorrow one way or another!!! I will be waiting (impatiently!) for an update:-)

@septca: Yeah. I had this silly idea that I wanted to surprise him with a positive pregnancy test, which he indeed thought was silly. I'm trying to down play the whole things. Like... I don't want it to be a big deal if I'm not pregnant. But I guess when the doctor wants to do an ultrasound- it is something versus nothing? I'm in a weird head space. I just want DH to know that it's okay if he comes and it's okay if he doesn't come. Does that make sense?

@HolisticMama: Good luck tomorrow! Hopefully you will be that 1 - 2%.

@littlek: Thanks. I've discovered that my husband is even more optimistic than I am. He absolutely believes in that 1% chance until told that it's without a doubt not a possibility.

@Mrs. Deer: Congratulations!
I'm way behind on this thread, have there been a lot of BFPs? Fantastic! We're gearing up for the fun part of the cycle right now, since I had an almost-positive OPK this morning and have also had two days of EWCM. That may be a day or so earlier than I was expecting to ovulate so I'll see if I get to shift up my POAS date. I laughed when I realized that if we get pregnant this cycle I'd be due around Halloween! Anybody else in that situation?

@Adira: @MrsPanda I hope ou girls are right. Ironically this is the one month that if I ovulated like I used to pre baby it wouldn't be a good thing. Before tor I used to ovulate on day 15 or 16. So maybe ill just nurse Tor often and try to see if I can delay it hahah then continue the partially weanin when we return. We shall see. My grandma is tuning 90 and I'm my sure when we will be able to come again so I had to strike and go.

How is his new job going?

@PawPrints: I hate the idea of having a baby on Halloween. If this is lucky enough to be the month, I'm really hoping the due date leans more towards LMP than measurements because I am almost certain I ovulated a week late.

@PawPrints: thanks!
And thank you all for suggesting taking a FRER! Did one this afternoon (planning to do it in the morning) and got this. Wowsers!
I hope there's many more BFP's to come for you all!!

@HolisticMama: Glad they're being so proactive, that's good to hear!
@Mrs. Deer: Yay, congrats! The streak continues =)
@Mrs.Panda: Boy names are so hard! There was only one DH and I both like...and now we've used it, so we're doing major brainstorming for the possibility of boy #2.

@Radish: it's pretty rare to have your baby on your exact due date so I wouldn't sweat it.
I am feeling stressed again after seein that I have sticky mixed with egg white cm. I am just a day after my menses and that seems my right to me. I really hope that I am ovulating and that my hormones are working correctly.

Ladies-- I was working over the weekend and couldn't update. You all make me so happy. Let me know if anyone wants their dates adjusted or changed.
@MrsPanda- So thrilled that you ovulated!! Hoping February is the month for you!!!
@every body else- chin up... I have a feeling this is going to be our month---Think positive and be one with your egg
I'm on cycle day 6. For me, this time after my period is even more boring that the TWW. I am using this time to micromanage ovulation to make sure I catch that sucker this month.
Luckily, if it doesn't happen this month I am not too sad as my sister just told me she is pregnant. Which means I still have a chance to be there when the baby is born. If I was pregnant I wouldn't be able to make the trip. So I guess it's win/win for me this month.
Have a great night-- sorry for being so MIA this weekend

So after making that big fuss last night. Now DH doesn't want to go to the ultrasound. LOL. Goodness. So I guess I will be flying solo.

@MrsMccarthy: I know, but the 31st wouldn't be my due date, just close to it. I'm sorry you are having a difficult time. Our bodies are such mysteries and this whole TTC process really makes us aware of everything that goes on we don't even realize. Hope that things start looking up for you.

@Lady Hibiscus: Thanks for keeping up the list! Can you please move my date to 2/17? And thanks for the the ovulation well wishes! lol

Lots of good news this month already!

@Lady Hibiscus: You can take me off the beginning of the month, but leave me on for Feb 28th. AF is here now, but unless I have another wacky cycle, I should get to test again.

Congrats to all the BFPs! Today is 10 DPO, temp is still up. LP has been 10-12 days, usually 11-12 but last one was 10. I will test Thursday or Friday if AF doesn't come. I will be so upset if temp doesn't remain up.
