Hi, this sounds super dumb but I feel like I need to pop my ankles, feet, hips and back constantly. Like every few minutes. I'm only 9 weeks pregnant with my second and I haven't gained any weight yet so I'm not sure what's causing this.
Everything feels like it's slightly in the wrong spot and it's making me feel claustrophobic and anxious in my skin.
Am I losing my mind? I made an appointment with my Chiro who I saw when I was pregnant with my first. I would talk to my midwife but the office phones are not working- hope they get that fixed ASAP.
It sounds so dumb but it's really uncomfortable and painful and I feel trapped in my skin.

Any advice or commiserations?
