Has anyone found out the baby's gender at a 3d ultrasound that early? I have one booked for next Tuesday, and I will be 16 weeks 4 days. I haven't found a lot of photos online that are helpful, so can anyone share theirs from that time?

Both of my boys were easily seen at 15 weeks via 3D/4D ultrasound. I don't have any "equipment" photos, but here is a general one:

@Sophs Mama: I don't have any to share but I found out via 2d U/S at 15 weeks and we youtubed U/S videos so we knew what we were looking at. It was very helpful!

I was 16/17 weeks with our elective ultrasound and we could see the goods!

We found out we we're having a boy at 16 weeks on a 2D US. Reconfirmed at 20 weeks.

I found out at exactly 15 weeks, so even sooner than that! The place I went to allows you to come back later to verify if you're finding out gender early, and when I asked her if I should, her response was, "Well, you can if you want to, but that penis isn't going anywhere!" Haha

I found out at 16 weeks exactly that I was having a girl (both 2D and 3D). It was confirmed at around 21 weeks.

I was 16 w 4 d when I found out the sex of my twins. It wasn't 3d just a regular US at the perinatologist. Good luck !

I found out at 16+4.

You could tell via normal ultrasound at that point for me per doc.

I went at 16+6 and they couldn't tell because the cord was in the way.

Yep - i went in for a regular ultrasound and they were able to tell right away!

I didn't have a 3D ultrasound, but at my NT scan at 12 weeks, the doctor was able to tell the sex and was 95% sure!

I went to a place and found out at 15w4d i think. they showed us a bit in 3d but mainly 2d. it was pretty obvious and they were right!
