How did you (if you have Kaiser) find a OB that you liked? Did you just ask around? I scheduled my first prenatal visit for Nov 19 (I can't believe I have to wait this long!)
Just curious to see how it all works and how I can make sure to find the right doc!

Our city has a magazine called D-magazine and every year they publish a list of the city's best doctors in each field. I picked mine from that list then read about their bio on their website.

@kpow: i have had Kaiser for about 3 years now...i choose an OB and i have never seen her...she was on vacation for my first apt. so i ended up seeing a different Dr. when i got on BC over 2 years ago. there was only one Dr. that did the Implanon procedure, so i had an apt with her...i saw her that time and at the time of removal, she was great! when i had my m/c she was also the Dr. who performed the D&C, so i built a trust with her and she is now my primary...
you should call the office and ask what OB's are taking patients...when i was first looking i said i wanted a specific Dr. and they told me she wasnt currently taking any patients, so before getting your hopes up with one Dr i would call and ask...

Thanks! Kaiser is kind of weird haha but I hear good things about it from the Medical Center in our area

I wasn't given a choice with Kaiser, but I was still very happy with who I got.
