I cannot decide on a theme! Please help!

I agree, little lamb or peter rabbit. I would do something a bit more childish because starting with their 2nd/3rd birthday they will want something like a circus or rainbow party.

My choices for LOs first birthday are rainbow colors or a circus theme
so of course, I choose one of those two.

I think rainbow or Peter rabbit! Or even circus... Since he won't really be taking "part" in it the colorful/fun themes might be more enjoyable for the guests!
sidenote: I'm already planning a rainbow party for P's future birthday! Lol

We did rainbow because it was easy to pull off with minimal effort.

I like the little lamb idea - but I'm not sure how much you'll be able to find that goes with the theme that isn't baby shower ish KWIM?

@T.H.O.U.: I was kind of thinking the same thing. I was leaning Peter Rabbit or little lamb because really he is only a baby once! Plus a raimbow cake will be AWESOME when he is like 3!
