FINALLY! In 1 hour I will be at my first doctors appointment! I am 9 weeks 4 days & feel like I've been waiting forever! I waited for 10 weeks with DD but it didn't seem as long that time for some reason. When was your first doctors appointment?

8 weeks for me, but they were worried because I was AMA.

Yay!! I'm so glad you have your first appt! I know how agonizing the wait is! We had a few appts at 4 and 5 weeks because of a prior miscarriage, but I didn't get my first ultrasound until 8w3d. It felt like forever for the day to come!

ah! my first "appointment" was with the nurse prac at 7w5d (they said 8) and with the OB was 9w5d (they thought 10). we got a dating ultrasound..she looked like a little gummy bear! how exciting!
do you get a 'dating' us today?

i had my first appointment at 5 weeks and was able to see the sac.

Met with np at 5 weeks, then doc saw me at 6w and did a transvag u/s for dating

@sorrycharlie: yes! & it said right in the bottom corner on the print off "25 DEC 2012" haha!! whoops! But my due date according to my doctor is 12/23
@Andrea: thank you! It's going well. I feel much better now that he said it was a perfect, viable pregnancy
