@septca: A thousands thank yous!!!! Thank you SO SO SO SO much!! I am copying and pasting your response in a word document so I can re-read it and reference all the wonderful information! THANK YOU!

I think that's the thing.....as much as I was initially like "I am not testing, I will wait for a late period or not," at this point....if I've been taking HPTs and seeing them negative it puts my expectations in check, and means that when AF shows up I'm prepared for it.

Again, THANK YOU!!!!!! Love and Baby Dust headed your way!

@HolisticMama: @HolisticMama: I'm sorry you seem so down. You really have been such a positive light on the boards. I know it's so hard to see DH feels down...he wants it and YOU want it and he's hopeful.

You sound like you have an awful lot on your plate. Are you able to take a minute or two from time to time and just breathe deeply? Could you find an hour and treat yourself to a manicure/pedicure/massage? I know those are luxuries that I save up for to treat myself, but with everything you have going on I'm guessing it might be SO good for you.

Anyway. I'm here if you want to chat!

@HolisticMama: Feel better! It is so sweet for your DH to want it as much as you do. It's weird b/c my DH wants a baby more than me, yet he is just now coming around to the fact that we need to do work in order for it to happen! The last few days of TWW are always the worst; my prayers are with you. I hope this is the cycle for you!

Thanks, ladies. I had my husband bring home some homeopathics yesterday, because I had some warts burned off yesterday and I didn't want to take any pain killers during the TWW.

One of the ones he acquired was Sepia:
    http://www.homeopathyforhealth.net/articles-on-homeopathy/homeopathy-for-the-hormonal-problems-of-women/

It fits me to a TEE! I took some last night and after a good nights sleep- I already feel better. I still have A LOT on my plate, but my mood feels elevated.

    @septca: Huh, I thought FRERs detected at 10. Good to know it's more around 6!! That's crazy-sensitive.

@HolisticMama: Sorry you were feeling down, lady. I'm glad you are feeling better today I have been feeling pretty discouraged this week, so I'm holding off on testing for the time being.

How's everyone doing? Everyone holding up okay in the TWW?

Well this morning I tested with FMU and FRER and those two lines were bright as can be. I called my doctor to make an appointment the receptionist told me spotting is quite normal and she made my first appointment/ultrasound for when I'm a little over 6 weeks. So March 20th. The first day of my last cycle was February 4th. I'm still quite nervous about all of this because of the spotting from Saturday-Monday. We shall see what happens. DH and I are very excited. Just erring on the side of caution because we don't want to be disappointed.

Happy hump day! (For those of you not yet in the TWW, please take that literally )

I'm somewhat optimistic today with a hint of triphasic temps and no spotting yet. I'm still going to wait until the weekend to test

@anyajenkins: Your restraint is admirable. I'm now feeling a bit like I'm an idiot for testing so early. I'm trying to make myself wait until Saturday to do it again. How are you feeling physically? I'm loving the chart!

I'm already feeling a bit defeated because my back really hurts, which is an AF sign for me. Sigh. I'm only 7-8 DPO.....

Here's my chart. Unfortunately, I have to ignore the Pre-O temps because of the stupid-ass thermometer debacle. However, the post-O have been pretty accurate so...?

@ChiCalGoBee: I like that climb! Don't feel silly, I started testing way early last time. Sometimes you just need your poas fix! And like you said, sometimes there's something nice about knowing a negative test won't be disappointing that early

@anyajenkins: I do hatha yoga so very gentle but amazing. I love it. It's taken me 5 years to find a class I truly love after I did the most amazing month long intensive (5 hours a day) yoga course in Thailand. it ruined me and now I find most teachers pretty bad but now I have found one I'm hoping I can continue if I get KU. I have tried hot yoga. It was crazy! did it twice and nearly fainted!

@ChiCalGoBee: you should keep trying different types of yoga and different teachers. they vary SOOO much! once you find a class you like, it's amazing.

I'm feeling really down today. My husband keeps saying my boobs have got bigger but I really don't think they have (or if that would even be a symptom?!). He is just trying to make me feel better, I just have a feeling that I can't be KU as I don't feel anything. I'm only 7dpo but still... I don't know why I feel down. this TWW is going sooooo slow, I don't know how il last another week. I'm actually scared to test as I really don't want to see a BFN.

Sorry, I'm moaning but I'm just feeling a little blue right now

@whenoceansrise: on a more positive note - what an amazing story, lol! made me smile!

@Mrs.Lilac: I'm sorry you are feeling down today. I went through that last cycle so I keep trying to tell myself to not get my hopes up and I always do anyway. I cannot wait until I finally get that BFP. It's frustrating! I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you! Hoping you do get your BFP this cycle!

annnnd, hahaha I'm glad my story made you smile!

@Mrs.Lilac: hope you're feeling better. I know it's too early to test yet my BFNs are making me feel like I'm "out" already ....not a healthy attitude. FX shiny BFPs are coming for us both in the next few days!!!!

Ehm......had a small amount of spotting this morning (bright drop of red blood and then a little brown), which is gone at the moment. Temp was still high this morning. I could kid myself into thinking this is Implantation Bleeding (I'm 8-9 DPO), but I had a negative pregnancy test this morning.

It's hard because now I'm super hopeful, but the FRER was bright white.....alternatively, I could be at the beginning of AF and now having a short LP.

@whenoceansrise: thanks. yeahs it's so hard not to get emotional through this process. It's the wait that is killer. I also told a few close friends and my sisters that I'm TTC and as people at clueless about this process, they ask me every day if I'm pregnant. I'm like "grrrrr it takes TIME people. Also il TELL you when I'm pregnant. STOP asking". it's totally my fault for telling them.

@ChiCalGoBee: that is early to test so you are still in for sure. it could be implantation bleeding. keeping my FX for you!!! when is AF due?

where is everyone on their cycle right now. I'm 8dpo. trying to hold off till next Wednesday (14 dpo) so I'm POAS on March 5th.

@Mrs.Lilac: haha maybe they are just really excited for you?

I'm only 2dpo. Eek. too. much. waiting.

  28. theotherstark

    pomegranate / 3045 posts

@ChiCalGoBee: That sounds really promising!! If it's implantation bleeding, a pregnancy test wouldn't come up as positive until at least 48-72 hours afterwards, I believe. Fingers crossed so hard for you!!!

@ChiCalGoBee: try testing again in a day or two. When I was spotting a little but I tested and got a BFN. I waited about two days and got a BFP! I'm still VERY early. 3wks 3 days - but I keep testing because I can't help myself! I didn't today, but will again in the morning. Let me know what happens!

  31. ChiCalGoBee

    nectarine / 2028 posts

@whenoceansrise: Thanks! Yep, not out yet, but....
@mrs.lilac: I know it could be, but only 20% of women get that so I know it's pretty rare. I'm guessing AF is due between Monday-Weds of next week.
@theotherstark: Thank you SO much.....I know, I'll test tomorrow just because, but am going to allow myself to hold out hope through Sat-Sun.
    @snowjewlz: Gah, fingers crossed!
@deannay1230: Your story gives me hope!!!!!

All: Thanks SO much for the support. The only "symptom" I have is a sore lower back, which is a typical AF symptom for me. However, my temp is still up (98.7 this morning), and the spotting was literally two or three T.P. swipes and nothing since. FINGERS are SO SO SO crossed that this is it....but I also don't want to get my hopes up if it isn't. SO hard.....

  32. ChiCalGoBee

    nectarine / 2028 posts

BFN this morning, and temp is .3 lower....feeling a bit defeated even though no sign of AF. Still trying to remain hopeful. FX for all of you in the TWW

  33. theotherstark

    pomegranate / 3045 posts

@ChiCalGoBee: I wouldn't read too much into the BFN OR the lower temp Temps can be so weird and fluctuate randomly - as long as they're still relatively high, you're fine. Plus, since you only had the spotting yesterday, I imagine it could just be taking the HcG some time to build up in your system. I am super hopeful for you this cycle!! Sending lots of baby dust your way

  36. ChiCalGoBee

    nectarine / 2028 posts

@theotherstark: thanks so much, friend. Pretty sure my spotting today means AF will be here soon. Which means I also had a super short LP.....feeling blue.

  37. theotherstark

    pomegranate / 3045 posts

@anyajenkins: Do you always spot before AF? It could be late implantation bleeding... I'm not giving up on you yet!! Fingers crossed...

@ChiCalGoBee: I don't know - I have heard that IB for some women can stretch over several days. If you don't normally have such a short luteal phase, I wouldn't count yourself out just yet. Aren't you only 9 or 10 dpo? I think you still have a shot! Keeping my fingers crossed for you!!

Sending my strongest "STAY AWAY PERIOD!!" vibes to you both!!!
