I would like to get healthier and lose about 5 pounds. I have joined the YMCA and I'm trying to get there regularly. Not that easy with a one-year-old, but I'm doing my best. I would like to start watching what I eat better and have been using MyFitnessPal. I have never really dieted and have little to no willpower about food. thankfully I always had a fairly high metabolism and I've always been pretty thin. I would just like to get these last five Baby pounds off so that I can feel better about myself and feel healthier. What foods have you successfully swapped out or eliminated from your diet that really helped you get healthier/lose weight? Thanks for the help!!
