we have two pails. we used disposables in the beginning and used a diaper genie for those, then we got a hefty step trash can from walmart and use that with planet wise pail liners for our cloth diapers. she still uses disposables at daycare and cloth diapers at night so we still used both. But yeah the cloth diapers dont fit into the diaper genie

If you are bfing newborn diapers don't really smell that much. Our disposables just get tossed in a plastic bag next to the changing table that we throw out every 2-3 days, once it gets full. The changing table is in bedroom, and you can't smell anything. The cloth diapers (we are slowly transitioning to cloth so 3 per day for the moment) go in our diaper trash with a kissaluv antibacterial pail liner.

We use the Diaper Dekor for our cloth and just use a Blueberry pail liner in it. It is just the right size.

We used disposables for a couple weeks, until the cord fell off, we just chucked the diapers in our regular garbage, and we use a lidded can for our cloth diapers.
