I have a sinus infection and woke up in the middle of the night, grabbed for my Tylenol, but it was Ibuprofen! Totally did it half-asleep and automatically. I'm freaking out. One dose won't do anything, right?

you will be fine with one dose. My coworker was actually prescribed Ibuprofen when pregnant following an emergency surgery. They said the pain would have a worse affect on baby than the Ibuprofen would. I'd just move it to a different cupboard so it doesn't happen again

Agreed with @pastemoo. It's only a real concern at the end of pregnancy. I had a broken tailbone at 20 weeks and was told I could take some if I couldn't handle the pain.

Not a doctor either but my best friend went through CHEMO while pregnant and they told her she could take Tylenol for pain of needed. Don't beat yourself up, one dose probably has a half life of 6hours so it's already out of your system.

One dose is fine! You are going to be okay and the baby is going to be okay. Totally understand freaking out about this stuff though. Hehe. *big hugs*

I took an Ambien before I knew I was pregnant with K - worried me the whole time...she is totally fine.
I took 2 antibiotics, had a CT scan and took Tylenol for 5 days straight with E and she is a happy healthy 1 week old.
One slip is likely A-Okay...but like others suggested I'd move it to avoid the same slip in the future! Dont fret!
