I'm starting this thread thanks to @annette: for suggesting it! I think this is a great way for those who are trying to ttc or maybe planning on ttc soon who want to get their bodies as healthy as possible before we become KU!
This is a great place to come if you need some support with losing weight, trying to exercise or trying to get ready to eat healthy and/or exercise.
Being as healthy as possible may help with ttc or getting KU sooner! If you need encouragement, want to show off what you did that day to exercise or if you made a healthy meal or anything healthy; share it here!
I've been ttc for 7 cycles and AF arrived today. I wasn't upset as I thought I would be. I've had enough of the tears from past cycles and I wanted to bring on this cycle in the most positive way I can. I decided right now is my chance to make a difference with myself. I know that I've been needing to lose some weight. Since I started ttc I haven't been very aware of my eating habits and forget about exercising because it just didn't happen!
So, I decided that I'm going to lose 10 pounds. I started going to the gym and eating very healthy and using MyFitnessPal. I need support though!! Especially from those who may be in the same boat. I am ttc and desperate to be pregnant to have a baby…but I'm a little overweight and want to change that because I know if I lose some weight my bfp will come that much sooner and I will feel that much better than I lost the weight I needed to before my pregnancy journey.
