Changed my username...it was too long and bothering me haha. I just want to share this amazing smoothie I made. I make a lot of smoothies, especially in the summer and the one I made yesterday (and again today) was by far my favorite smoothie I've ever had/made. It was...chobani peach yogurt (only flavor I had), vanilla almond milk, fresh strawberries (about 4-5 of them), fresh pineapple (about the same amount as the strawberries), and 1/4 of an avocado, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a tiny bit of ice. I blended it up and holy crap was it amazing and filling! According to MFP it was about 320 calories but that's what I had for breakfast and it was quite filling! Just wanted to share and spread the deliciousness!!

I just want to say that I reached my exercise goal for the week (went to the gym 3x). I also achieved a goal with the elliptical and I was able to do 3 miles in 30 minutes. Now I have to keep going with it! I find that listening to upbeat music helps tremendously. I went to a restaurant for lunch with my sister and was able to find healthy choices and only ate half of my meal! That's totally a first in a long time lol.

    How is everyone else doing????

How is everyone doing??? I'm going to weigh myself tmw morning. Has anyone had any luck with losing weight? Making healthy choices? Does anyone plan to reward themselves with something when they reach a goal?? I've been thinking about it but don't know what to reward myself with! Maybe a new item of clothing, idk! Does anyone need some support?? Updates?
