My sister just asked me about them over the weekend. I told her not to waste her money and just go with a regular Hanes 6 pack in a larger size. I've never tried the full panel ones but the regular undies work just fine for me.

I was adamant that my normal undies would be fine. I am sad to report that even though I've only gained in my belly (and only 15 lbs at 27 weeks!), my unders don't even go halfway up my bum anymore. what in the hell?
i now live in normal hanes lo-rise. but i'm seeing the appeal of higher waistlines because the belly panel on my maternity shorts is SODAMNITCHYOMG!

We're still TTC, but I'd never heard of full panel underwear... So I googled them... And maybe once I'm pregnant I'll understand, but right now, they look pretty unappealing! I had an OB once tell me that a large % of their patients just stopped wearing underwear after a certain point. I was a bit shocked! Are underwear that uncomfortable during pregnancy?
