@Mrs. High Heels: oh, but in the store, they were a pain and didn't tell me i was $3 shy of gap cash. so i went and bought something else and they they gave it to me.

@Smurfette: I would call them! I just called and they gave me the $25 gapcash. They weren't able to send me an email (who knows why), but they told me the code over the phone and I just emailed it to myself. It's eligible for the gap cash period between Sept 10th-14th, and can be used online as well as in-store.

@Smurfette: I didn't even mention the fact that I already emailed and got a different response. I called and said, "Hi... I placed an order during the gap cash promotional period and thought I was eligible for $25 gapcash, but didn't receive anything."
She said, "since your order was under $50 after the promotions I have to verify if it qualifies", so I mentioned I was part of a parenting forum where others spent under $50 post-promo code, but still their gapcash. She said she'd check on it and be right back, and when she came back she just said she was able to give me the gapcash.
I would give them a call! You will probably be able to keep your 20% off coupon AND get the gapcash. They really should honor it if they gave the code to some people, but not others...

@Smurfette: @Mrs. High Heels: They said they would email the code but still haven't, so I emailed them again. If they give me pushback, I am going to send them this screenshot (that I just took). I ordered a coat that was $58 before discounts. Afterwards it was only $34, but near the shipping prices it says that my purchase qualifies for $25 Gap Cash. They need to get their shiz together!

@lawbee11: Seriously!! I remember seeing that little note there too in my order! My last resort was going to be emailing back with the screenshots of the comments in this thread (with usernames, fruit levels, etc blacked out) showing that other people were able to get their gapcash while spending under $50 post-promo code.
@Smurfette: I hope you get it soon then! You should not be the only one not getting your gapcash. Definitely call again if you haven't received anything by Monday.

@Smurfette: Hmm I wonder if mine is like that too, since they just verbally told me the code and told me they made a note of it in my account (in case anyone gives me problems with it). That would be even better, esp since I find gapcash periods not really worth it since during that time everything is usually full price to "make up" for the gapcash being used. Smart marketing on gap's part.

I got my gapcash code e-mailed to me right away after I purchased. But I did have the same thing happen to me for an oldnavy code- and they gave it to me over the phone!

@lawbee11: I read all the terms and conditions of gap cash before my order and it did say it must be $50 spent after promotions not before. I think the people getting it for spending it before are just lucky!
