I'm guessing that I'm probably not the only mama around here with GD. I thought we could have a thread where we share snacks and meals that we eat that are GD friendly.

I've been hooked on Kind bars. DH bought me a box of Fiber One protein bars, but they're honestly very chalky and not the greatest. But, I keep one in my purse for when I'm hungry.

I have some assorted nuts and string cheese for snacking, too.

Also, alfredo sauce isn't too bad, and if I make it with whole wheat pasta, it doesn't spike up my sugar levels at all.

What have you been eating? What has been satisfying for you?
